Warranties and Eyewear Policies

All frames are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for one year.  Frames damaged or broken due to *neglect, accident, or misuse are not covered. Frame warranty coverage includes a one-time replacement.

Most lenses are warranted for scratches for one year. Some lenses are covered for up to two years, depending on your lens selections. Scratch resistant coatings do not make your lenses scratch proof. Proper care should be taken when cleaning your eyeglasses.  Lenses scratched, broken, or chipped due to *neglect, accident, or misuse are not covered.

If you purchase your eyeglasses with us, fit adjustments are complimentary, as are most minor repairs (i.e., replacing missing screws, re-insertion of lenses into frame, replacing lost or broken nose pads, minor frame realignment).  If you do not purchase your eyewear with us, we are happy to assist you for a small fee depending on the nature of work needed.

All eyewear purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Eyewear are custom products made just for you, and as such, we are unable to return your order. We are confident you will love your new glasses, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, our optician will assist you with making changes within 90 days of the original order.

*Examples of neglect, accident, or misuse are (but not limited to): dropping, improper storage or handling, sitting on eyeglasses, crushing eyeglasses, putting them on or taking them off incorrectly, damage because of collision, or handling by children or pets.

Warranty does NOT cover loss of frame and or lenses.
